412 Children’s Ministries

I Timothy 4:12 says, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example to the believers in speech in love, in life, in faith and in purity.”.  412 Children’s Ministries derived it’s name and it’s motto from this verse.  In our children’s programs, we are passionate about helping children experience, know, and become like Jesus and to realize that they can be an example of Christ to others no matter how old they are.  Our children’s programs are more than “childcare” during adult services; they are a ministry.    

• Sunday School  412 Children’s Ministries provides traditional Sunday School classes to three different ages levels (Ages 1-4, Ages 5-8 and Ages 9-12).  Our Sunday School program is from 10:00 to 10:45 each week.
• Children’s Church Children learn about God and worship God in a different way than adults do.  Our 412 Children’s Church programs provide the opportunity for children to learn about God and worship Him in their own unique way.  Some of the activities that children in the ages 2-5 children’s church will participate in are lesson related crafts, hands on Bible stories, puppets, songs, prayer, and snacks.  Some of the activities that the children in the ages 6-12 children’s church will participate in are praise and worship songs, lesson related games, preaching/teaching, lesson related videos, and prayer.  Children’s Church meets on Sunday mornings during the worship service.
• Little Sparks Nursery (birth – 23 months) This ministry also meets on Sunday mornings during the worship service. Infants are not only cared for while their parents are in service, but they are also taught a lesson on their level from God’s Word each week.
• Wednesday Night Classes 412 Children’s Ministries has Wednesday night classes for ages 1-4, ages 5-8 and ages 9-12.  During these classes, in addition to being taught God’s Word, they are also given opportunities to learn about ministering to others.
